Adult Beginning Jazz

This class is designed for beginning adult dancers who are looking for energized fun, with both classic and current music of today. Class introduces students to syncopated rhythms, isolated body movements, and classic jazz moves. Focus is on improving rhythm, coordination, musicality, and strength. Attire: comfortable clothing in which you can easily move and jazz shoes, jazz sneakers, or thin socks.
