Yoga

Yoga incorporates a variety of physical poses, breathing techniques and mental discipline. In this class we will focus on allowing breath to fuel our motions which will lead to deep relaxation and even deeper stretches. Yoga is a great supplement to any dancer or actor’s regimen as it will allow you to be more in tune with your body and aware of its needs.
